FHTglobal specializes in working with associations, either directly or in partnership with their preferred housing company, to increase the capture of international guests within the annual events’ official housing blocks.  Housing services is a very important revenue stream for many associations and losing participants around the block can make a very big impact on the bottom line.  Our services are there to provide international travelers with a very hands-on service that will drive them to stay within the official housing block.

As part of our services, participants will have the opportunity to book their rooms through our “a la carte” packages – meaning they get to design their own travel experience when coming to your event.  It starts with a base of the hotel room with breakfast and all taxes, fees and any surcharges included so they get one lump sum price for their stay.  On top of that we provide many options depending on the event and location which may include airport transfers, porterage, meal vouchers at the show, tours, experiences, and much more.  For groups we also offer an array of services including group dining, excursions, private transport, meetings and events support and more.

All group travel services include:

  • Dedicated service professionals to support your group from start to finish from our team members around the globe
  • Registration support to help you or your participants register for the conference
  • Onsite teams at your event hotels to make sure your guests stay is the last thing they need to worry about
  • Visa and travel support (as required) to help make the travel to the US as easy as possible
  • Meeting space approval for your ancillary events outside of the main program
